Mute it for me please.
Trip to the dentist is always worth blogging about. Because i am a first class scaredy-cat. This time around i managed to procrastinate enough, but it came biting at my gluteus maximus. I am not particularly sure about which part of the visit is the most scariest, but the sound of machine is pretty high in my list. And the equipment itself is not the most pleasing site. When it goes 'zzzrrr', and drills away on your teeth (although its mostly plaque), the feeling is indescribable. Not to mention the cold from the air con blast. i have this tendency to have teeth chatters when the atmosphere is very cold, and trust me, you wouldn't want to chatter when there is a sharp metal stick shoved in your mouth. Luckily the nurse put a blankie on me :) maybe its called a gown. And the nurse was also kind enuf to stick another plastic tube in my mouth, amounting to a total of three sticks at any one time. 1. dental mirror 2. drilling eqipment 3. saliva removing tube. Although the last piece didn't do much of a help, i was drooling down my gown half of the time.
Anyway the trip was overall more pleasant than my previous visit, there was no wisdom removed, tooth that is, just some cleaning. The dentist gave me this very tiny but powderful brush, which goes inbetween gaps. In the process it makes your gum bleed, for which he kindly explained that the gum is very soft and has excellent blood supply -.-
