Recap

Well, it has been a pretty eventful week. Mostly near the ending..Oh yes. Let's see:

Monday:

Just a normal lecture day.. nothing interesting.

Tuesday:

Same as Monday.

Wednesday:

Had healthcare quiz, last quiz.. other than that nothing much.

Thursday:

The fun day. Went out with friends with my parents' permission. Wooho. We watched mamma mia! It was such a good movie, maybe a few too many songs, but the songs are really wonderful songs, well that's ABBA to you. I love the movie la, it was so hilarious. I was practically laughing my head off. Worth watching!!!!! We had tea at itallinies, didn't know that my frens love that place also. We had cappuccino pie, New York cheesecake, and of course creme brulee. One word: heavenly. Period. But there is a spoil sport in our group. Damn irritating la. But otherwise for a 1st outing we did pretty good.

Friday:

Had to do healthcare presentation, which is due 3rd week of oct. And got to know my organic chem results. 30.5/50. I know it's not much but I personally thought that I was going to fail this paper, (The passing mark is 25/50) so I'm quite relieved. Had lectures as usual, but most were restless cuz can't wait for holidays to start. Later on went to pick sis from training, and my coach told me to come for a friendly on sun with the New Zealand guys.I was worried sick. Why shouldn't I be, I haven't played like for ages, and my stamina is dreadful. Not to mention my backache. But I just can't resist the offer. 1st class temptation.

Saturday:

Spend like two hours studying, then had to chauffer mom to clinic. Eye infection. But half way there then only she remembered that she had forgot her ic. Aisyeh man. So settled other chores instead. By the time reach home it was already around 3. Started raining, wanted to go jogging. Irritated. But luckily the rain stopped round 5.30, so managed to go jogging, but unluckily my knee guard got wet due to the rain. Not the best omen ahead of tomorrow's game I thought. I did think of calling and telling some excuse, but didn't.

Sunday:

Woke up early, had to be in court at 8.00. I played with a white girl, the only girl in their squad. I played really well, still had my old touch. That's what my coach said, not my personal opinion. But I am happy with my performance. And just being able to play is so gratifying. It's hard to describe that feeling, sort of euphoria. Badminton. It's my addiction. My drug.

And, I just did my diwali shopping. My dad's friend brought the clothes straight to our house, so no hassle and the clothes are gorgeous. Overall a win win situation.
